Description

Lead technical development and implementation of Guidewire PolicyCenter solutions for personal lines, owning the full lifecycle from design to deployment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Configure and build Guidewire components using Gosu, integration plugins, messaging, and REST APIs.
• Apply Guidewire coding standards, best practices, and design patterns to all delivered solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing workarounds for critical requirements.
• Analyze trends and identify opportunities to develop technical solutions for insurance projects.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in the insurance industry.
• Extensive experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter end-to-end implementations.
• Proven track record of 2-3+ full implementations for Personal Lines (Auto, Property, Umbrella).
• Proficiency in Gosu and Guidewire component development.
• Experience with integration plugins, messaging, and REST APIs.
• Strong knowledge of software development and coding standards.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in insurance.
• Ability to work with CSS and project management methodologies.
