You will lead hardware qualification and validation efforts for server platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own hardware qualification, status updates, and prerequisite checks for assigned projects.
• Execute test plan reviews and manage end-to-end issue tracking.
• Manage the BBFV exit judgement process and ensure all fail items are resolved before final GA release.
• Perform hardware design validation on schedule according to established guidelines.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in testing server platforms across software, hardware, and firmware.
• Expertise in developing and executing test plans and test cases.
• Experience working within SOP and PRR frameworks.
• Proven ability to manage bug reporting and issue lifecycle tracking.
• Background in hardware design validation and qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any graduate field.
