Description

Lead technical SAP HCM implementations and payroll processing for the German market.

You will own the release pipeline and daily operations for complex payroll systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage German payroll processing, including monthly and yearly end activities, reporting, and troubleshooting.
• Adjust SAP schemas, rules, functions, and features to accommodate private pension contributions and legal reporting requirements like UV and A1.
• Perform incident analysis for AVMG, EEL, AAG, LS, and DEÜV topics.
• Modify and maintain SAP standard accounting programs (RPCIPE) and customer-specific accounting programs.
• Configure payroll forms, including payslips and certifications, and manage user exits and modifications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP HCM with a focus on time management.
• Deep technical expertise in German payroll processing across at least two different industries.
• Proficiency in SAP HCM time management.
• Experience with SAP standard accounting programs and incident analysis.
• Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting complex payroll and accounting issues.
• Fluency in both German and English (written and verbal).

Preferred Skills

• Background in Finance or Insurance industry IT.
