You will manage the complete employee lifecycle for the Business Process Outsourcing unit to drive organizational effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end lifecycle processes including talent acquisition, capability building, and strategic staffing.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to implement organizational design and structure improvements.
- Drive performance management, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Handle employee grievances and manage a diverse workforce.
- Operate on a UK shift schedule from 2 pm to 11 pm.
Required Skills
- 6-9 years of experience in HR business partnering within a BPO Services BU or a process-oriented MNC.
- Expertise in managing the full Employee HR lifecycle.
- Proven experience in Talent Acquisition and employee engagement.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work the 2 pm to 11 pm UK shift.
- MBA in Human Resources.
- Strong communication skills and professional maturity.
