You will lead the technical governance of data migration and integration within the global Workday HRIS ecosystem.
Responsibilities
Develop, analyze, and maintain Workday integrations with third-party and downstream systems to ensure seamless data flow.
Manage data migrations for acquisition and divestiture initiatives, including assessing subsequent integration impacts.
Partner with HR, IT, and third-party stakeholders to gather requirements, design alternatives, and deploy integration solutions.
Investigate and troubleshoot integration-related issues and provide technical resolutions.
Configure and test integrations that intersect with functional design or business process operations.
Required Skills
3+ years of hands-on experience designing, building, testing, and deploying Workday integrations across HCM, Benefits, Payroll, and Recruiting modules.
3+ years of experience developing Workday Custom Reports, EIB, Core Connectors, Document Transformation, XSLT, and Workday Studio.
Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
Proficiency in XSLT and data transformation processes.
Strong analytical and design skills for managing complex technical process issues.
Experience managing multiple client requests with minimal supervision.
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or CIS.
