Description

Lead technical governance for data migration and integration within the global Workday HRIS ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Develop, analyze, and maintain Workday integrations with third-party and downstream systems.
• Manage data migrations for acquisition and divestiture initiatives, assessing integration impacts.
• Partner with HR, IT, and external stakeholders to gather requirements and deploy solutions.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve integration-related technical issues.
• Configure and test integrations intersecting with functional design or business processes.

Required Skills

• 3+ years designing, building, testing, and deploying Workday integrations across HCM, Benefits, Payroll, and Recruiting.
• 3+ years developing Workday Custom Reports, EIB, Core Connectors, Document Transformation, XSLT, and Workday Studio.
• Proficiency in XSLT and data transformation processes.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
• Strong analytical and design skills for managing complex technical process issues.
• Experience managing multiple client requests with minimal supervision.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or CIS.

Preferred Skills

• Workday Integrations and Workday Studio certifications.
• Experience with SAP and Workday implementations.
