Lead data analysis initiatives to drive business insights and streamline organizational processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage reporting environments, including data sources, security, and metadata.
• Build, diagnose, and improve the performance of statistical, predictive, and prescriptive models.
• Develop efficient, reusable SQL code for data manipulation and analysis following best practices.
• Create and validate data models and implement data integrity and normalization initiatives.
• Translate complex findings into graphical illustrations and written reports for senior stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in data science or analytical roles.
• Proficiency in SQL for complex data manipulation and analysis.
• Strong programming skills in Python or R.
• Hands-on expertise with MATLAB and SAS.
• Ability to use Tableau for data visualization and dashboard development.
• Solid understanding of DBMS and data storage structures.
• Experience managing code revisions via version control systems (Git or Bitbucket).
• Advanced mathematical and statistical calculation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Mahout for large-scale data processing.
• Familiarity with Qlik for business intelligence reporting.
