Description

You will lead technical troubleshooting and system maintenance for critical business systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within critical business applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex technical problems.
• Maintain technical documentation for applications and conduct end-user training.
• Monitor software applications for errors, bugs, and security compliance.
• Participate in testing and deployment of new application releases.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a DevOps engineer or in a similar software engineering role.
• Proficiency with Git and GitHub workflows.
• Working knowledge of databases and SQL.
• Experience with application monitoring and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work night shifts (6 AM–2 PM EST or 7 PM–3 AM PST).
• Any Graduate degree.
