Description

Lead the analysis, design, and development of applications within ERP/CRM systems to optimize efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end build and deployment process for enterprise functionalities.
• Perform root cause analysis and architecture resolution for performance issues.
• Conduct design document and peer code reviews to ensure coding standards.
• Mentor junior developers on technical best practices and client discussions.
• Estimate effort and dependencies for tasks within Scrum ceremonies.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in enterprise application development.
• Proficiency in SAP ABAP and OOABAP.
• Hands-on experience with IDocs and Tibco.
• Strong understanding of RESTful services and SOAP APIs.
• Experience working within ERP/CRM systems.
• Solid foundation in OOPs and Data structures.
• Practical experience with Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Ability to create functional design specifications and deployment documentation.
• Proven track record of performing unit testing with class coverage above 95%.
