Description

You will own the technical stability and administration of ERP and CRM systems while driving architectural improvements and automation.

Responsibilities

• Manage client environments, including installation, configuration, and performance tuning.
• Perform root cause analysis and technical troubleshooting to resolve production issues and architecture bottlenecks.
• Own the build and deployment process, serving as the single point of contact for resolving deployment issues.
• Design, develop, and test functionalities while conducting peer design and code reviews.
• Mentor junior engineers on day-to-day activities, client discussions, and administrative tasks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in SAP BASIS or ERP/CRM system administration.
• Proficiency with SAP HANA and SAP Fiori.
• Hands-on experience with MaxDB, Sybase, and ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of SOAP and REST APIs.
• Operating system experience with Linux, RHEL, and Windows.
• Ability to create functional design specifications and deployment documentation.
• Experience with unit testing and achieving high test class coverage.
• Proven ability to manage defects, perform RCA, and implement mitigation strategies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience participating in RFP preparation and effort estimation.
• Knowledge of agile delivery models and scrum ceremonies.
