Description

You will lead the design, development, and delivery of software applications while mentoring a team of engineers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Interpret component designs to develop, debug, test, and document features in accordance with technical specifications.
• Contribute to high-level and low-level design (HLD/LLD), architecture, and data modeling for business components.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of modules and user stories, including effort estimation and release monitoring.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) on defects and implement proactive measures to improve code quality.
• Interface with customers to clarify requirements, present design options, and conduct product demos.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in C# .NET and Web API development.
• Hands-on experience with Azure and Azure Data Factory.
• Experience working with Cosmos DB and Power BI.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Ability to break down complex problems into logical components and data models.
• Proven experience in managing team goals and providing technical mentorship.

Preferred Skills

• Capability to create and review design documentation, test plans, and configuration management plans.
• Experience reviewing code for peers and ensuring adherence to engineering standards and coding checklists.
