Description

You will lead the design, development, and delivery of software applications using the MS.Net framework. You own the full lifecycle from estimation to release.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-level and low-level design, including data models and architecture.
• Manage the full development lifecycle, from effort estimation and coding to debugging and release execution.
• Mentor developers by setting FAST goals, providing feedback, and managing technical growth.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering processes, coding standards, and compliance.
• Interface with customers to clarify requirements, present design options, and conduct product demos.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering and technical leadership.
• Proficiency in C# and the MS.Net framework.
• Experience with Asp.Net and Webforms.
• Strong database skills including SQL, TSQL, and PLSQL.
• Experience working with XML and data modeling.
• Ability to break down complex problems into logical components and design patterns.
• Proven experience in managing user stories, defect mitigation, and release processes.
• Ability to create and review technical documentation, including design templates and test plans.

Preferred Skills

• Relevant domain or technology certifications.
