Description

Lead the design, development, and delivery of complex software applications and data components. You will manage the full development lifecycle, mentor team members, and interface directly with customers to clarify requirements and present solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement high-level and low-level architecture, including data models and business components.
• Lead a team by setting goals, providing feedback, mentoring members, and managing module delivery.
• Oversee the full development lifecycle, including coding, debugging, unit testing, and release processes.
• Conduct defect root cause analysis and implement proactive measures to improve code quality.
• Interface with customers to clarify requirements, present design options, and conduct product demos.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Java and Scala.
• Strong experience with Python and SQL.
• Hands-on expertise with Spark and Databricks.
• Solid understanding of DBMS and data modeling.
• Proven ability to break down complex problems into logical components.
• Experience performing effort estimation for projects and features.
• Ability to manage configuration management plans and ensure team compliance.
• Degree in any graduate field.
