Description

Lead the design, development, and delivery of software applications and components.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead application architecture including High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), and data models.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of modules and user stories, performing defect RCA and mitigation.
• Review code for yourself and peers to ensure adherence to coding standards and templates.
• Interface with customers to clarify requirements, present design options, and conduct product demos.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Java and Python.
• Strong experience with SQL and DBMS.
• Hands-on experience with Scala and Spark.
• Practical knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to create, execute, and evaluate test cases and results.
• Experience in effort estimation and project scheduling.
• Proven ability to break down complex problems into logical components.
• Capability to manage configuration management plans and release processes.

Preferred Skills

• Relevant domain or technology certifications.
