Description

Lead the design, development, and delivery of complex software applications and components.

Responsibilities

• Interpret component designs to develop, debug, test, and document features according to specifications.
• Contribute to high-level and low-level design (HLD/LLD), architecture, and data modeling.
• Manage the full delivery lifecycle of modules and user stories, including release execution and monitoring.
• Conduct defect RCA, identify trends, and implement proactive quality mitigation measures.
• Mentor team members, set goals, and provide technical guidance on design and development.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python programming.
• Experience with DBMS and data modeling.
• Hands-on experience with debugging and writing comprehensive test cases.
• Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Experience with Amdocs CRM.
• Ability to break down complex problems into logical components and estimate effort.
• Proven ability to review code for peers and maintain coding standards.
• Effective communication skills for technical presentations and customer interaction.

Preferred Skills

• Relevant domain or technology certifications.
