Description

Lead quality engineering for OmniChannel Customer Experience platforms, covering messaging, chat, telephony, and case management.

Responsibilities

• Create test estimates, schedules, and comprehensive test plans.
• Design, develop, and execute manual, functional, regression, and end-to-end test suites.
• Identify business processes and conduct risk analysis to ensure full test coverage.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) on defects and publish preventive measure reports.
• Analyze user stories to identify gaps and create workflow diagrams.

Required Skills

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium and Java for test automation.
• Proficiency in API and Web Services testing using XML, REST, and SOAP.
• Experience with performance and load testing tools such as JMeter, Mercury LoadRunner, or QTP.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Experience using JIRA, SharePoint, and CI/CD tools.
• Ability to manage test data, track metrics, and maintain Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTM).
• Competency in scripting languages and browser-specific testing.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Javascript and monitoring tools.
