Description

Lead the IAM Operations team and manage MSP deliverables to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements.

Responsibilities

• Lead IAM Operations and provide technical direction to internal and outsourced teams.
• Troubleshoot and support IAM tools including Active Directory, Sailpoint IIQ, ForgeRock SSO, CyberArk, and Quest ActiveRoles Server.
• Collaborate with IAM Delivery, Architecture, and Cybersecurity teams to align strategy with security policies and standards.
• Manage incident response activities and communicate service restoration status to business stakeholders.
• Analyze IAM service performance metrics and identify opportunities for service improvement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with IAM technologies.
• Experience administering, implementing, and supporting IAM solutions.
• Proficiency with Sailpoint IIQ, ForgeRock SSO, and CyberArk (PAM).
• Experience with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Active Directory.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL and LDAP.
• Ability to troubleshoot system failures, identify root causes, and ensure system integrity.
• Understanding of Information Security principles including NIST CSF and FIPS.
• Ability to translate technical issues into business language for management and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience with Quest ActiveRoles Server.
