Description

You will lead the design, implementation, and configuration of the Identity and Access Management environment for investment applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end setup and configuration of the IAM environment using SailPoint.
• Design user account provisioning, access governance frameworks, and security role structures.
• Manage Privileged Identity Management (PIM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) controls.
• Configure Azure AD components, including conditional access policies and MFA.
• Develop automation scripts for IAM operations using PowerShell, SQL, and Java/BeanShell.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on IAM engineering experience.
• 3+ years in a lead or architect role.
• Proven expertise with SailPoint IdentityIQ design and integrations.
• Strong understanding of Azure AD security controls and access management.
• Deep technical experience with PIM/PAM rollout and privileged account management.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting skills.
• Experience with ServiceNow integration and API-based provisioning.
• Solid knowledge of audit/compliance processes (SOX, ISAE).
• Proficiency in SQL and Java/BeanShell scripting.
