Description

You will lead development efforts on IBM BAW platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain solutions using Java and JavaScript within the IBM BAW ecosystem.
• Design and implement processes using BPM fundamentals, including UC4 and Coach Views.
• Integrate systems using IBM MQ and manage database interactions (Oracle, DB2, MS SQL).
• Drive development practices using DevOps and Agile methodologies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience.
• 7+ years specifically with IBM BAW/BPM (versions 18.5.x and 19.x required).
• Proficiency in Java and JavaScript.
• Experience with relational databases: Oracle, DB2, and MS SQL.
• Strong understanding of Process Modeling.
• Familiarity with IBM MQ.
• Experience with DevOps and Agile frameworks.
