Description

Lead development efforts on IBM BAW platforms, owning the full lifecycle from design to deployment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise solutions using Java and JavaScript within the IBM BAW ecosystem.
• Design and implement business processes using BPM fundamentals, including UC4 and Coach Views.
• Integrate disparate systems using IBM MQ and manage complex database interactions.
• Drive development practices using DevOps and Agile methodologies to ensure delivery quality.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of IT experience, with 7+ years specifically focused on IBM BAW/BPM (versions 18.5.x and 19.x required).
• Proficiency in Java and JavaScript for backend and frontend development.
• Strong experience with relational databases: Oracle, DB2, and MS SQL.
• Deep understanding of Process Modeling and BPM fundamentals.
• Familiarity with IBM MQ for asynchronous messaging and integration.
• Experience working within DevOps and Agile frameworks.
