Description

You will lead a small team of IBM Maximo developers, owning the solution architecture and full integration lifecycle for enterprise-grade implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team of IBM Maximo developers through implementation and support phases.
• Design solution architecture for Maximo, including custom applications and integration objects.
• Implement high-criticality integrations between disparate enterprise systems.
• Manage the full integration lifecycle from requirements gathering to monitoring and post-production support.
• Apply Agile Project Management principles to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in IBM Maximo development.
• Deep knowledge of EAM/WMS and Work Management business domains.
• Expertise in enterprise integration patterns and best practices.
• Proven ability to design, implement, and monitor complex enterprise integrations.
• Experience with performance planning for large-scale integrations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading small development teams in an Agile environment.
