Lead data analysis efforts to drive decisions through advanced modeling, automated reporting, and data quality improvements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, uncover opportunities, and understand user interactions.
• Drive improvements in data quality and structure within the data warehouse through proactive profiling.
• Partner with multi-functional teams to define reporting requirements and develop interactive dashboards.
• Design, build, and maintain automated reporting and ongoing analysis to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with data engineers and scientists to identify standard processes and leverage existing analytical assets.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in data analysis or business analysis roles.
• Expertise in Databricks using Spark SQL and PySpark.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience working with Big Data environments.
• Background in building analytical models for Big Data using SQL and NoSQL.
• Ability to apply data analysis techniques such as regression, cohort, cluster, and time series analysis.
• Experience with ETL Testing and data management.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Snowflake, DBT, and Python.
• Knowledge of CI/CD for analysts using Gitlab or Github.
