Description

You will lead technical delivery and development for enterprise ERP/CRM integration solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop applications by interpreting functional specifications and technical designs.
• Manage a technical team, performing peer code reviews and defining coding standards.
• Own the end-to-end build and deployment process, acting as the single point of contact for resolution.
• Lead sprint deliverables, including effort estimation, resource planning, and scrum ceremony participation.
• Create and review technical documentation, including HLD, LLD, and functional design specifications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Proficiency in MS Dynamics CRM.
• Strong development skills in C# and .NET.
• Experience with system integration and technical design.
• Practical knowledge of Agile software development methodologies.
• Ability to manage project modules, user stories, and release processes.
• Experience in mentoring junior leads and conducting technical knowledge-sharing sessions.
