Lead the technical and architectural direction for assigned products, ensuring high availability and systemic stability.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement product architectures that drive technological innovation and enable technology refreshes.
• Lead the creation of proof-of-concept prototypes and near-production-ready code to demonstrate new design patterns.
• Drive the adoption of architectural standards and resolve systemic technical issues across the organization.
• Mentor and coach product architecture professionals and engineering team members to promote continuous learning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional, distributed teams to deliver global applications using Agile and Lean principles.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and architecture.
• Expertise in Python development using Django and Flask frameworks.
• Proven experience in Solution Architecture across application, data, and technology dimensions.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Proficiency with container orchestration using Kubernetes.
• Experience implementing messaging and search technologies like RabbitMQ and ElasticSearch.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated release management.
• Ability to assess technical feasibility and cost-benefit analysis for complex solutions.

Preferred Skills

• CPSO or CSM certifications for Agile project delivery.
