Description

You will lead and support end-to-end implementation, optimization, and support of IT Asset Management (ITAM) solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver full-cycle implementations of ServiceNow ITAM, including HAM and SAM Professional modules.
• Configure and customize ITAM features such as asset lifecycle workflows, normalization, reconciliation, license models, and entitlements.
• Design and implement automation for asset onboarding, provisioning, tracking, and disposal.
• Integrate ServiceNow ITAM with external systems like discovery tools (SCCM, Tanium, JAMF) and procurement systems (Oracle, SAP).

Required Skills

• 7+ years of ServiceNow platform experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow ITAM (HAM Pro and SAM Pro).
• Strong knowledge of IT asset lifecycle, software licensing models, procurement, and CMDB relationships.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow SAM Pro license models, reclamation, and software normalization.
• Experience with HAM Pro hardware model normalization, barcoding, and inventory tracking.
• Solid scripting experience in JavaScript, Glide API, and Flow Designer.
• Familiarity with MID Server, IntegrationHub, and external discovery tools.
• Strong knowledge of CMDB, ITSM processes, and related integrations.
• Any Graduate education required.
