Description

Lead end-to-end implementation, optimization, and support of ServiceNow ITAM solutions, including HAM and SAM Professional modules.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Deliver full-cycle implementations of ServiceNow ITAM, configuring asset lifecycle workflows, normalization, reconciliation, license models, and entitlements.
• Design and implement automation for asset onboarding, provisioning, tracking, and disposal using Flow Designer.
• Integrate ServiceNow ITAM with external discovery tools (SCCM, Tanium, JAMF) and procurement systems (Oracle, SAP).
• Support hardware model normalization, barcoding, inventory tracking, and software reclamation.
• Maintain CMDB integrity and manage related ITSM processes.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of ServiceNow platform experience.
• 3+ years implementing ServiceNow ITAM (HAM Pro and SAM Pro).
• Strong knowledge of IT asset lifecycle, software licensing models, and CMDB relationships.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow SAM Pro license models, reclamation, and software normalization.
• Experience with HAM Pro hardware normalization and inventory tracking.
• Scripting experience in JavaScript, Glide API, and Flow Designer.
• Familiarity with MID Server, IntegrationHub, and external discovery tools.
• Any Graduate education.
