Description

You will lead technical development and guide engineering teams through the full software development lifecycle in Gurugram, Haryana.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement application features, components, and data models using HLD, LLD, and SAD.
• Manage the end-to-end release process and oversee module delivery.
• Perform root cause analysis on defects and implement mitigation strategies to improve quality.
• Review code, define coding standards, and create technical templates and checklists.
• Interface with customers to clarify requirements, present design options, and conduct product demos.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Expertise in Java and JDK8.
• Strong experience with Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka.
• Solid understanding of SQL and DBMS.
• Ability to break down complex problems into logical components.
• Experience with configuration management and unit testing.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
