Description

Lead testing coordination and completion across projects of varying sizes.

Responsibilities

• Develop test strategies, approaches, and plans while documenting comprehensive test cases.
• Manage the full testing lifecycle, including requirement analysis, test estimation, scheduling, and execution.
• Oversee test data and environment provisioning to ensure adequate coverage.
• Conduct root cause analysis on defects and publish preventive measure reports.
• Coordinate project activities between onshore and offshore resources and manage team utilization.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software testing and automation.
• Proficiency in Java and Selenium.
• Experience with BDD frameworks and JUnit.
• Hands-on expertise in test script creation and execution.
• Knowledge of Zephyr for test management.
• Understanding of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes.
• Competency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Ability to create Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTM) and workflow diagrams.
