Description

You will lead the formulation and implementation of information security reporting systems within the Identity and Access Management (IAM) domain, coordinating communication between business and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and maintenance of IAM security reporting systems.
• Coordinate information flow between business stakeholders and technology teams.
• Direct information asset portfolio reconciliation and certification processes.
• Evaluate enterprise information security policies and propose improvements.
• Mentor junior staff and collaborate with global teams on complex issues.

Required Skills

• 10 to 12 years of experience in Business Analysis, requirements gathering, or testing.
• Deep expertise in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) domain.
• Proven experience handling reporting and analytical products, including KPI optimization.
• Hands-on experience with AGILE methodology and Kanban processes.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong ability to perform deep-dive data analysis and translate findings into executable plans.
• Experience creating and maintaining Visio diagrams and technical documentation.
• Experience working with US banks or within the financial services industry.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of business intelligence and data warehouse concepts.
• Experience working within large enterprise environments.
