Description

You will lead onshore and offshore project managers to ensure successful delivery across the project portfolio.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage team personnel actions, including hiring, development, and resource allocation.
• Enforce adherence to established PMLC and SDLC processes for all team projects.
• Identify, analyze, and mitigate risks and cross-project dependencies within the portfolio.
• Monitor project results, effectiveness, and quality while serving as an escalation point.
• Oversee project-status reporting to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and completeness.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project or program management.
• Expert, hands-on experience using PPM tools.
• Deep knowledge of PMLC and SDLC methodologies.
• Proven ability to manage offshore and onshore teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and influence skills across all disciplines.
• PMP Certification and PMO experience.

• SDLC and PMLC expertise.
