You will lead complex infrastructure initiatives and architect scalable, reliable products to support business applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, deploy, and maintain infrastructure solutions through collaboration with internal teams and third-party vendors.
• Debug reliability and scalability issues across all stack layers and perform root cause analysis for high-impact outages.
• Drive operational management through incident response, change management, and release coordination.
• Automate manual toil and implement monitoring and alerting based on symptoms rather than outages.
• Direct daily risk and control flows, focusing on policies, procedures, and work standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in infrastructure or platform engineering.
• Hands-on expertise with Kafka brokers, Zookeeper, Kafka Connect, Schema Registry, KSQL, Rest proxy, and Kafka Control Center.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms including GCP, Azure, and AWS.
• Experience with Kubernetes and Terraform for orchestration and infrastructure as code.
• Knowledge of Spark, Hive, and MongoDB.
• Experience using automation tools such as BladeLogic, Ansible, Chef, Jenkins, and GitLab.
• Bachelor's degree.
