Description

You will lead onsite PC refresh deployments and serve as the primary technical point of contact for large-scale hardware implementations.

Responsibilities

• Execute full PC refresh cycles including removing old hardware, installing new PCs, and restoring user data.
• Follow established checklists to ensure all necessary software and system settings are configured correctly.
• Manage data backup and protection protocols to ensure zero data loss during transitions.
• Complete e-install forms and maintain accurate technical documentation for all deployments.
• Act as the onsite lead for large deployments, coordinating with Project Managers and Deployment Leads.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with PC desktops, laptops, and mobile devices including iPhone.
• Proficiency with Windows 7, Windows 10, Active Directory, and VPN configurations.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Office Suite, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
• Knowledge of client/server technology and internet technologies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for documentation and customer service.
• Ability to perform hardware migrations, data backups, and system restorations.
• Associates or Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Industry recognized certifications such as A+, Network+, or MCSE.
