Description

Lead end-to-end production of eLearning modules and courseware aligned with client workflows and business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Author scripts and storyboards for on-demand learning content and convert instructor-led training into digital deliverables.
• Interview subject matter experts to gather and codify financial markets content.
• Manage projects from inception to completion, including oversight of vendor eLearning production.
• Collaborate with business partners and stakeholders to ensure project delivery meets specified requirements.

Required Skills

• 6-8 years of experience in instructional design.
• Proficiency in Articulate 360 and Articulate Rise.
• Experience with Camtasia and Vyond.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Suite.
• Proven experience in project management and stakeholder management.
• Ability to create engaging learning content and scripts.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with peers and stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of WellSaid.
