Description

You will lead the design, development, and support of enterprise integration solutions, ensuring high availability, performance, and security across middleware platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support B2B file transfer workflows and partner onboarding processes.
• Build and maintain message flows, routing logic, and error handling mechanisms.
• Troubleshoot integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor team members.
• Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and configuration standards.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Middleware / Enterprise Integration.
• Strong hands-on experience with IBM Sterling File Gateway (SFG) and IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE).
• Proficiency in ESQL, message flows, and integration nodes.
• Experience with B2B integrations and partner onboarding.
• Proficiency in file transfer protocols: SFTP, AS2, FTP/S.
• Strong understanding of security protocols (TLS, PGP).
• Scripting experience (Shell, Python).
• Expertise in troubleshooting, logging, and performance tuning.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, or IBM MQ.
