Lead application system maintenance and support for daily operations in the banking and financial services sector.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain application systems to support daily operational activities.
• Research, diagnose, and troubleshoot software issues to identify effective solutions.
• Manage technical support service delivery within the banking or financial services industry.
• Execute project-based tasks as required to ensure system stability.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in IT application support or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent field.
• Proficiency with Networking concepts including Firewall, SSH, SFTP, DNS, and DHCP.
• Working knowledge of Windows Server (AD) and Linux operating systems.
• Database management experience with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
• Strong understanding of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Professional communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of web application concepts, microservices, and DevOps tools.
