You will lead business analysis efforts for IT projects, translating business needs into technical specifications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis processes and requirements gathering for IT initiatives.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and define project requirements.
• Coordinate IT business analysis workflows to ensure alignment between business and technical teams.
• Translate complex business needs into clear, accurate technical specifications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proven experience in a Lead Business Analyst capacity.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education.
• Ability to work on-site in NYC; must be a local candidate able to provide a local driver's license copy.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with SQL or data analysis tools.
