Description

You will lead the design and development of scalable web services while providing technical direction to engineering teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design complex systems using Java and Spring Boot, enforcing coding standards.
• Mentor junior developers through technical leadership and regular code reviews.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, front-end engineers, and QA to implement new features.
• Perform technical GAP analysis, project proposal documentation, and WBS-based estimation.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and enforce unit testing practices.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Java development.
• Expertise in Spring and Spring Boot frameworks.
• Proven experience in RESTful API design.
• Strong knowledge of security practices including OAuth and JWT.
• Experience with workflow tools such as Camunda or jBPM.
• Experience with rules engines like Drools.
• Working knowledge of AWS cloud platforms.
• Proficiency in SDLC and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with React frontend technologies.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
• Exposure to AI initiatives.
