Description

You will lead IT implementation and integration for the GCM account, managing WMS systems, SQL, and EDI/B2B workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the BY CC team to represent the GCM account, ensuring alignment on priorities, delivery plans, and resource planning.
• Manage scope, control scope creep, and ensure delivery stays within agreed high-level estimates and documented assumptions.
• Translate customer requirements into Change Requests or projects, overseeing solution design, build streams, and rollouts.
• Collaborate with Core IT teams to ensure the use of right architecture, templatized approaches, and standardized solutions.
• Analyze customer requirements and manage the implementation of IT solutions in collaboration with business owners.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain management, preferably within the 3PL industry.
• Hands-on expertise with WMS Systems, specifically Blue Yonder (JDA, RedPrairie Discrete).
• Strong proficiency in SQL, MOCA, and Database Management.
• Experience with EDI/B2B Integration and third-party software provider integrations.
• Proven track record in System Implementation, Project Management, and Stakeholder Management.
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and coordinate workstreams across global IT teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Page Builder, Integrator, and financial management tools.
• Background in supply chain optimization and logistics process analysis.
