Lead enterprise technology programs from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment on scope, priorities, and timelines.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex enterprise software and technology initiatives, including planning, execution, risk management, and governance.
• Collaborate with executives, architects, and cross-functional teams to drive alignment and resolve dependencies.
• Translate technical concepts for business stakeholders and present project status and executive reporting to senior leadership.
• Promote Agile best practices and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure successful delivery of projects within timelines, budget, and quality expectations.

Required Skills

• 8–11 years of experience as an IT Project Manager delivering complex enterprise initiatives.
• Strong technical understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), Salesforce CRM, Azure Data Lake, and Enterprise Data Warehousing.
• Proven experience in SaaS-based environments and managing cross-functional teams.
• Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies, including SAFe, Scrum, Lean Portfolio Management (LPM), and DevOps.
• Experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps, and Power BI for project tracking and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with enterprise-scale system architecture initiatives or M&A IT integration projects.
• Agile coaching experience and certifications such as PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM.
