Description

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for day shift processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process from initial sourcing through to onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment strategies.
• Utilize job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals to build talent pipelines.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications to ensure high-quality hires.
• Manage recruitment activities and progress tracking within the ATS.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and various job boards.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Strong sourcing capabilities across multiple channels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to manage multiple open roles and high-volume recruitment efforts simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
