Description

Lead the architecture and technical direction of complex JEE-based enterprise systems. Own the release pipeline, ensuring performance, stability, and adherence to standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise applications using Java/JEE, JSF, XML, and XSLT.
• Lead development teams through iterative planning, design, implementation, and integration.
• Act as the primary technical liaison with infrastructure teams to resolve performance and technical issues.
• Collaborate on performance testing, failover planning, and deployment execution.
• Establish application technology standards, including UI guidelines and coding guides.

Required Skills

• 84+ months of experience guiding iterative development teams in complex JEE system design.
• 60+ months of experience developing applications with JDK 1.6 or higher.
• 60+ months of experience using JSF or JSP.
• 60+ months of experience with J2EE technologies, including messages and queues.
• 60+ months of experience using JPA and/or Hibernate with Oracle or SQL Server.
• 60+ months of experience with IBM WebSphere, JBoss, or Tomcat.
• Proficiency in XML and XSLT.
• Bachelor's Degree.
