Description

Lead the architecture and development of scalable, event-driven systems using Java and AWS.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement solution architectures for distributed systems.
• Lead technical initiatives and influence architecture decisions.
• Build and maintain microservices-based applications using Spring Boot.
• Implement event-driven patterns using AWS SQS and SNS.
• Ensure system scalability, high availability, and robust distributed design.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in Java development.
• Architect-level or lead capacity experience in solution design.
• Deep hands-on experience with AWS services, specifically SQS and SNS.
• Expertise in Spring Boot and REST APIs.
• Proven track record building microservices and event-driven architectures.
• Strong understanding of messaging patterns (pub/sub, queues, decoupled systems).
• Experience designing scalable, highly available distributed systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading technical teams or mentoring engineers.
• Advanced knowledge of system performance tuning and optimization.
