Description

You will lead a team of developers while maintaining hands-on involvement in coding and system design.

Responsibilities

• Lead a development team through technical guidance, mentoring, and code reviews.
• Design and develop scalable, secure Java-based applications.
• Own the architecture, implementation, and deployment of backend services.
• Enforce best practices in coding, testing, and DevOps processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical solutions and requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across production and development environments.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in backend development.
• Deep expertise in Java (8, 11, 17) including Streams, Lambda, and Concurrency/Executors.
• Strong proficiency in Spring Boot, Spring Security, JWT, and OAuth.
• Experience with Microservices architecture and Design Patterns.
• Knowledge of RDBMS, JPA, and distributed transactions.
• Experience with Kafka or other messaging systems.
• Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda).
• Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with JUnit, Mockito, and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
• Strong ability to manage and mentor developers.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Fintech or related domains.
• Familiarity with Event-Driven Architecture and Reactive Programming.
