Description

You will lead backend development efforts, owning the design and delivery of complex Java-based systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement scalable microservices using Spring Boot and REST APIs.
• Lead and mentor engineering teams to deliver complex projects on schedule.
• Optimize application performance through multithreading, concurrency control, and tuning.
• Manage database interactions with SQL and NoSQL systems like PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments using Docker and Kubernetes.

Required Skills

• 13+ years of backend development experience with Java/J2EE.
• Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, and Hibernate/JPA.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra) databases.
• Solid understanding of design patterns, multithreading, and performance tuning.
• Experience with CI/CD tools, Maven/Gradle, and Git.

Preferred Skills

• Proven track record in leading teams and mentoring engineers.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
