Description

Lead backend development for Java-based microservices and system integration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and build microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop and maintain REST APIs for system integration.
• Tune application performance and manage concurrency issues.
• Own deployment pipelines leveraging cloud platforms and containerization.
• Mentor engineers and drive complex project delivery.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in backend development with Java/J2EE.
• Expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
• Proficiency with REST APIs, Hibernate/JPA, and design patterns.
• Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Hands-on knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong background in SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Maven/Gradle, and Git.
• Proven experience leading engineering teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with NoSQL databases like Cassandra.
• Background in mentoring and driving complex project delivery.
