Description

You will lead the development of backend systems, guiding teams and mentoring engineers through complex project delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement microservices using Java/J2EE.
• Develop and maintain REST APIs and associated services.
• Tune application performance, focusing on multithreading and concurrency.
• Guide teams and mentor engineers through complex project delivery.

Required Skills

• 13+ years of backend development experience with Java/J2EE.
• Strong expertise in Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
• Proficiency with REST APIs, Hibernate/JPA, and design patterns.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience containerizing applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Solid background in SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Maven/Gradle, and Git.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading engineering teams in complex project delivery.
