Description

Lead backend architecture and development in an Agile environment. Own the full lifecycle from design to production support.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and architecture reviews for complex business requirements.
• Build custom, general-use modules and components to extend system elements.
• Drive Agile processes including planning and scrum of scrum calls.
• Resolve technical blockers and mentor the development team.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in software development life cycle and design architecture.
• Expertise in Java 8, Spring Boot, and Java Microservices.
• Strong experience with REST APIs and web development practices.
• 8+ years of experience with design patterns and Object Oriented Design.
• 3+ years of experience with SQL programming, preferably Oracle.
• Hands-on experience with React JS, Angular, or similar frontend frameworks.
• Proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker, and container management.
• Experience using Bitbucket, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Practical knowledge of TDD and unit testing frameworks.
