Description

Lead the development and operation of critical production systems using a microservices architecture.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain production-grade applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Design and implement modern RESTful APIs following standard design principles.
• Deploy and manage critical applications within cloud-based environments.
• Extend or modify open source software to meet project requirements.
• Apply object-oriented development and systems engineering practices to modular designs.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• Expertise in Java and Spring Boot.
• Deep understanding of microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with REST API design.
• Proficiency with PCF (Pivotal Cloud Foundry).
• Experience with Oracle and PostgreSQL databases.
• Working knowledge of Kafka for distributed messaging.
• Experience with Jenkins for CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong grasp of data structures and algorithms.

Preferred Skills

• Fluency with Git or other SCM systems.
• Experience with Angular for frontend integration.
