• Own active backend development using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
• Collaborate on deploying and optimizing applications within AWS environments.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in backend development.
• Expertise in Java, Spring, and Spring Boot.
• Deep understanding of microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in MySQL and relational database design.
• Experience with AWS cloud services.
• Strong ability to design and implement high-performance systems.
• Experience leading a development team.
• Ownership mindset focused on setting and driving technical standards.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Hibernate.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
