Description

Lead the design and development of enterprise backend systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
• Design event-driven architectures and real-time data pipelines with Kafka.
• Deploy and manage applications in Docker and Kubernetes clusters.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery.
• Tune JVM internals and concurrency for low-latency performance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of backend development and enterprise application design.
• Deep proficiency in Java (8, 11, 17) and JVM internals.
• Extensive experience with Spring Boot and secure, scalable REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka and Kafka Streams.
• Proficiency in AWS cloud services and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
• Experience with containerization via Docker and deployment on Kubernetes (GKE, EKS).
• Experience with Oracle, Cassandra, or other NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Jules) and Git-based version control (Bitbucket, Git).
